Overview
Vulcan Holdings Limited successfully installed advanced machine tool units in the mechanical and piping workshop and state-of-the-art pressure relief and control valve testing equipment in the control and instrumentation workshop at the Gas Processing Plant. This project enhances the plant’s operational efficiency by enabling precise machining of new parts and quick repairs of damaged components, ensuring seamless maintenance and reduced downtime.

Scope of Work

• Supply & Installation:
  • Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine tools for surface machining, fabrication, and equipment component repair.
  • Safety and relief valve test systems for testing and calibrating PSVs and PRVs.
• Infrastructure Upgrade:
  • Extended the plant’s instrument air supply by 300 meters to support the new equipment.
• End-to-End Execution:
  • Equipment sourced from a single OEM for programming uniformity and ease of maintenance.
  • Complete installation, electrical work, and commissioning handled by the contractor.
