Saahene Limited was contracted to execute coating repair works and the construction of a 300-meter pipeline for Ghana National Gas Company Ltd at the Gas Processing Plant (GPP) in Atuabo. Scope of Work

• Pipeline Construction: Installation of a 300-meter high-pressure pipeline to support Ghana Gas operations.
• Coating Repair Works: Application of advanced anti-corrosion coatings, including fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) and polyurethane coatings, to protect the pipeline from environmental and operational wear.
• Valve Installation & System Integration:
  • Installation of gate valves, ball valves, and pressure relief valves to regulate flow and pressure.
  • Integration of isolation valves for improved maintenance and operational flexibility.
  • Testing of all valve connections to ensure proper functionality and leak-proof operation.
• Quality Control & Testing:
  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques such as ultrasonic and radiographic inspections to verify pipeline integrity.
